Old Black Trefoil scroll design (1960-1965), complete with 1st version fin handled lid (the knob handled lids came later)
This is the same pattern that is on my 2 1/2 quart Electromatic Skillet... (SK-10) Though my skillet has the knob lid, not the fin one.
