"...I noticed this line in the manual, page 5:<br /><br />"Heating surface will turn yellow when heated over 250F and will return to white as it cools."<br /><br />I don't own one of these so I can't see for myself. What exactly is going on here? Is the pyroceram material coated with a surface layer that tints yellow with heat or is there yellow light actually shining through the pyroceram from underneath?<br /><br />Thanks for any insight!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
